Move it

If you guys have been following me on Instagram, you would have realised that I've jogged twice this week. YES I feel satisfied. Especially with my stamina, although I may not need to run anymore unless I get into JC. Anw, so I some asked my on formspring on how to lose weight/ grow fit. Let me put this across clearly, YOU'RE NOT FAT. Everyone is beautiful in their own ways. If you're 170cm tall and weighing 50kg while your friends who're shorter than you are weighing 40kg, PLEASE DO NOT BE UPSET. Hello, if you have heard, there's something called the BMI (Body Mass Index), which indicates if you're underweight, healthy, obese or overweight ok. So don't get all depressed when you hear your friends weight, as compared to yours. 

MY tips to lose weight.

#1. DO NOT GO ON A DIET. 

Well I personally feel that, once you go on a diet (by not eating), when you start eating, your stomach cannot take it, and somehow you'll be hungrier. When you're hungrier, you'll eat more. Which result to FATS. Also, by going on a diet (for people who has weak stomach), you're more easily prone to GASTRIC PAINS. You wouldn't want that to happen man. 

#2. CONSUME LESS CARBOHYDRATES.

High intake for carbs means high intake for starch/sugar. So just avoid eating too much of them. Especially the most popular - POTATOES. Carbs give you energy, yes its good. But you make sure you make full good use of the energy provided by food-items high in carbs or they'll be converted and stored as FATS in your body. 

#3. DRINK GREEN TEA!

This is not something from myself. But I've seen it in many blogs/ websites. Yeah. But sadly, I have anything associated with PEARL/ MILK/ TEA. So in short in chinese, I will never drink 珍珠奶茶 (bubble tea). Green tea itself has many benefits! ^^ PLEASE, pure green tea. Not those Pokka Green Tea uh. 

#4. Do not over stress yourself. 

I'm not very sure about this to other people, but for myself, I tend to grow a lil fatter when I'm all stressed up. So I'll try to always take a 'chill pill'. ^^

#5. Live a healthy lifestyle, I mean exercise.

Everyone says that. So I guess I won't have to elaborate on it. But one effective way is to brisk walk/ jog. You don't have to run and make yourself all tired and sweaty. Just taking a BRISK walk or a jog is good enough. By running, you're just training for your stamina.

Okay, back to main topic. 
Basically, I went jogging with my ABC's today. Michelle was supposed to join us, but she backed out cause she's rather tired. This time round, somewhere new - CCK ITE Collage West's Stadium. But before running, we did all sorts of LOL stuffs. Taking pictures, jumping all around, yeah. Like mad women. Most of my pictures are alr on Instagram alr. So do check me out there.
